Under this area we provide transaction - al Legal Services in among others, the Commercial and Non-Commercial Property transactions for both movable and immovable as well as tangible and intangible property from perfecting acquisition, possession, ownership to the transfer of ownership; Property Sales and Purchases; Property Development Arrangements; Property Finance and Security; Leases; Registration of Mort - gage and Notarial bonds; and Estate Planning and Administration; We as well assist clients in Drafting, Registra - tion, Assignment, Licensing and Fran - chise Agreements; We assist clients in applying to the Tanzania Revenue Authority for the assessment of Stamp Duty, Disposal of Asset Tax (Capital Gains Tax) and Value Added Tax (VAT) on the real property and other assets when appropriate; Whenever necessary we represent clients in judicial and arbitral proceedings pertaining to prop - erty and surrounding interests. We also assist clients in their application for Right of Occupancy or Derivative Rights as the case may be.
