We review and render advice on Merger and Acquisi - tion (M&A) transactions agreements to either or both the acquiring and target company; we assists clients in complet - ing the Fair Competition Commission (FCC) forms, advising on whether the M&A transaction lead to Appreciable Adverse Effect in the Relevant Market due to monopoly by the acquirer; advise and ultimately assist clients in all steps for notifications to the Fair Competi - tion Commission (FCC); and we repre - sent clients in all steps of the process and most importantly proceedings at the Fair Competition Tribunal (FCT).
